Fashion Friday: Badd

Yeah I legit called this outfit bad, don’t care what you think this outfit makes me feel bo$$ so I thought I would just go for it!

So one great thing about this outfit is that it is comfy as hell and still manages to be stylish so that’s got 10/10 right off the bat.

Another great thing about the crop and joggers is that it came in at under £20 at Boohoo

I am loving all the different camo shades you can find at the moment because I feel like the typical khaki shades have had their day to be honest.

This is the first time I’ve worn joggers for style and I really like the look to be honest!

Hope you like it! I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below! 💕

How to dress for your body type…

I just saw this on twitter and thought it was such a bomb explanation that I had to blog it!

Rock what you want, when you want, with CONFIDENCE! It’s not shameful to feel sexy or beautiful it’s 2018 people! Love yourself and appreciate what you have!

Each year women are becoming more empowered to be bo$$ babes and I would like that wheel to keep rolling please!

Don’t let anyone tell you you don’t have the body for a certain look, or that you should contain your curves, or be a little less conservative or be less muscular- The list goes on.

Don’t be anything but you! You deserve to love yourself and express yourself the way you see fit.

Hope this made some of you smile!

Let me know your thoughts in the comments! I love hearing from you guys!

Fashion Friday: Lemon Lovin’ 🍋

Good evening fine people!

It is Friday! Which means we will be talking about FASHION!

I went on a shopping trip with my little family and although we went to re-stock some kids clothes for my little man, I saw the most beautiful lemon two piece in River Island and just had to try it on!

Totally in love 😍! I paired it with a pretty grey crop that I tied at the back to give a more fitted style.

I never wear yellow and I am seriously reconsidering all of my life choices at this point because WHY NOT! Peep that cheek highlight too!

I’ve even gone to the trouble of finding the whole outfit on the website:

Trousers | Blazer | Tee

I hope you liked today’s look, I think it’s my favourite so far!

If you enjoyed this post and you’re not following already, DO IT! It seriously brings so much joy to my life 😍!

Fashion Friday: Heatwave 🌞

It is not often that you get three consecutive days of sun in the UK, and I am absolutely loving it!

I was not prepared at all and had to rummage through some old summer clothes to find something appropriate for today! And I found this Forever 21 dress that I borrowed from my sister when I was pregnant!

It’s not a maternity dress or anything, I just needed something light and cool for that summer heat!

I picked up this cute choker from Primark for £3 recently and I think it’s so pretty!

If you’re in the UK today (or anywhere hot) I hope you’re enjoying the sun as much as I am! My little boy is loving playing in our garden!

What have you been up to? Got any plans for the weekend?

How to add more colour to your wardrobe!

I have never been one to shy away from colour in what I wear. In fact, I rarely wear anything that is just plain black. What you wear is an expression of who you are!

I’m pretty confident and I think that shows in my outfit choices. That paired with my pale skin makes it easy for me to steer away from Black! I have lots of friends who say they would love to wear more colour but either don’t have the confidence, or literally don’t know where to start!

So I thought I could write a blog on this topic and show you guys how you can slowly inject more colour into your outfits!

1: Start off small!

If you don’t feel comfortable sporting a multicoloured floral two piece, that’s just fine! Because colour has a habit of spicing up any outfit, even if there’s only a little bit!

For example, you could take this PLT Black Suit

And pair it with a cute coloured crop underneath! This way you would see a little pop of colour but it wouldn’t be too overwhelming as your jacket would be tied over the top!

2: Ask other people which colours suit you!

I don’t often wear pale blue tones, but after I wore the dress below to a summer wedding last year it seriously changed my mind! As quite a few people said it really suited me!

So simply ask the people around you which colours they would love to see you in, and this might give you the confidence boost you need!

3: Buy some colourful accessories!

You can make an outfit look so much more interesting with the right accessories! You may find it a lot easier to match your bag and shoes and incorporate different colours in those rather than your outfit.

PLT Earrings

PLT Choker

Do you think any of these tips would work for you?

Let me know how you use colour in the comments below! I would love to see some of your outfit ideas so post your link below if you’ve done any outfit posts recently!
